It’s finally time to fall into autumn with this seasons go-to nail inspo from trendy greens to warm browns and nudes.

Green

Typically not a popular colour requested by nail clients but emerald, olive and sage greens are predicted to be the colour of the season in 2021.

Mixing traditional deep emeralds with light, contemporary olive greens adds depth and a pop of colour to any design whilst keeping the balance between vivd and neutral. Using a deep emerald green also compliments rich, chocolatey red tones to create a strong, sophisticated design which perfectly transitions from autumn into winter.

Using a softer sage green or festive evergreen shade alongside other pastel colours or detailed patterns such as tortoiseshell, creates a stylish look suitable for all clients! Whether they want to keep it subtle with the muted tones or be bold with a more striking design.

Nudes & Browns

They’re timeless autumnal colours that clients never fail to request on both acrylic and natural nails, especially as the scope for nudes & browns is endless.

Both pink and brown nude shades are ideal for clients who like a clean, classic look that flatters the hands by giving the appearance of longer fingers no matter what the shape of the nail. This is also a great transitional colour ahead of heavy Christmas glitter.

Can’t choose just one colour? Creating a gradient across each nail of your favourite pale nudes into those rich browns is an easy way to not only utilise your gel collection but to create a simple autumnal design. Sticking with simplicity, combining a sage green with a chocolatey brown in a delicate design gives a nod towards autumn without overloading on colour.

How can we talk about autumn nails without including at least one reference to pumpkins?! This soft orangey tone is the perfect homage to Halloween without getting too spooky. But if you’re aiming for dark and mysterious, a deep, rich chestnut tone never fails to give us all the autumnal vibes.
